1. Acceptance
This Agreement governs the use of astra-pts.com, your account area and the ASTRA PTS game servers. By creating an account or using the service you confirm that you have read and accept this Agreement, the Server Rules and the Privacy Policy.
2. Account
- An account is created for personal use. Sharing, selling, trading or jointly owning an account is forbidden.
- Characters and items can be sold and bought only through the Market in the account dashboard. A sold character moves to the buyer's game account; the seller's account, password and e-mail are never handed over.
- You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for everything done from your account.
- Using someone else's details or e-mail address is forbidden. If access is lost, recovery is possible only after ownership is confirmed.
- Creating accounts to evade a punishment is forbidden — such accounts are banned together with the main one.
3. Player rights and duties
- follow the Server Rules and instructions of the administration;
- do not use third-party software that grants an advantage and do not exploit game errors;
- communicate respectfully with players and staff;
- keep your game client up to date and your computer secure.
4. Rights of the administration
- change game mechanics, rates, content and donation services;
- perform maintenance, including temporary server downtime;
- ban accounts for rule violations and roll back items or progress obtained unfairly;
- refuse service to anyone attempting to attack the project.
5. In-game valuables and donations
In-game items, currency, characters and donation services are part of the game process and are not the player's property. Donations are voluntary support for the project. Donations are non-refundable, including when an account is banned for breaking the Rules.
Market deals are made in Astra coins. The seller's proceeds minus the Market fee go to the site balance and cannot be withdrawn as real money. While a lot is listed, the item or character stays with the Market; a lot can be withdrawn until it is bought. The administration may withdraw a lot and return it to the seller if the rules are broken.
6. Liability
The service is provided "as is". We aim for stable operation but do not guarantee the absence of downtime or loss of game data caused by failures, attacks or third parties. The administration is not liable for lost profit or damage caused by using, or being unable to use, the service.
7. Disputes
Disputes are handled through support: /panel/support. Applicable law is the law of the Kyrgyz Republic.
8. Changes
This Agreement may be changed; the current version is published on this page. Last updated: 16 September 2026. Continued use of the service after changes means acceptance of the new version.
