1. General
This Policy explains what data the ASTRA PTS project (astra-pts.com and the game servers) collects, why it is processed and how it is protected.

Personal data is processed in accordance with the personal data legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic. By using the website and game servers you accept this Policy.
2. Data we collect
- Account data: login, e-mail, password hash, registration date, link to your game account.
- Technical data: IP address, user-agent, session and cookie identifiers, sign-in details (date, time, IP, device).
- Payment data: payment ID, amount, status, payment method. Full card details are never received or stored by us — they are handled by the payment provider.
- Support requests: correspondence, attached files, ticket history.
- Game logs: character actions, chat, trade operations, logins — to the extent required to investigate violations.
3. Why we process data
- registration, sign-in, account recovery and account area features;
- processing payments and granting donation services;
- support and appeal handling;
- protection against cheats, multi-accounts, fraud, DDoS and other abuse;
- anonymised statistics such as traffic and online counts.
We do not sell personal data or share it with third parties for marketing.
4. Cookies and analytics
The website uses its own technical cookies: authentication, language selection, form protection. Without them signing in is impossible. No third-party advertising trackers or web analytics systems are installed.
Attack-protection infrastructure may process IP addresses to filter malicious traffic.
5. Data sharing
- payment providers — to process and confirm payments;
- hosting providers and protection services — to run the website and game servers;
- authorised state bodies — upon lawful request.
6. Storage and security
Data is stored while the account exists and afterwards for the periods required for financial reporting and violation investigations. We apply organisational and technical measures: access separation, HTTPS encryption, regular backups and a limited number of staff with data access.
7. Your rights
- request information about the processing of your data;
- correct inaccurate data in your account area;
- request deletion of your account and related data, except records we must keep by law;
- withdraw consent to processing, which means you stop using the service.

8. Age
The service is intended for people over 18. Registration by minors is allowed only with the consent of a legal representative.
